We offer two ways to enjoy San Simeon wines—each with preferred pricing and exclusive benefits, designed around how you like to buy wine:
Allocation Membership
A traditional wine club experience with modern flexibility. You commit to an annual allocation and choose the schedule that works best for you: once per year or spread across multiple shipments. We curate the wines; you set the rhythm.
Subscription Membership
A more flexible option for those who prefer to order on their own timeline. Commit to an annual spend, order whenever you like, and enjoy member pricing and benefits without preset shipment dates.
2. Enroll & Customize
Once you join, your benefits begin immediately. Allocation members select their preferred delivery schedule for automatic allotments. Subscription members can begin ordering at their convenience throughout the year.

Allocation Club
Your Wines. Your Schedule. Automatically.
Membership begins with only one annual commitment. From there, choose how your allocation is delivered: all 12 bottles once per year, 6 bottles twice per year, or 4 bottles across three shipments.
Your wines arrive automatically on the schedule you select, so there’s nothing to remember or manage. Each release is thoughtfully curated by the estate, and you retain full freedom to select the wines within your allocation.
The result is a quieter, more personal way to collect—effortless, intentional, and shaped entirely by you.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Subscription Club is fully customizable. You choose how much wine you want each year, and receive perks based on your annual spend. The Allocation Club offers pre-selected shipments throughout the year, with curated wines and deeper savings on shipping.
It’s easy: Just start purchasing wine. Once your annual total hits a certain threshold, you’ll unlock exclusive benefits like complimentary tastings, shipping credits, and event invitations. No auto-shipments required.
Yes! With the Subscription Club, you have complete control. Order only the wines you love, whenever you like. You may select your wines for the Allocation Club, as well, but if you prefer surprises, just let us do the work. We will curate shipments based on the season.
You can opt into two, three, or four shipments per year. You’ll receive 12 bottles whichever option you choose. The fewer shipments, the more you save on shipping costs.
Both clubs are flexible. You’ll receive an email before any shipment goes out, and you can swap wines, delay the shipment, or skip it entirely.
Cool-Ship is our temperature-controlled shipping option to protect your wine during warm months. You can add it per order or opt into a Cool-Ship Subscription for the year for added peace of mind and better pricing.
Only in the Allocation Club, and you choose how many. With the Subscription Club, there’s no preset shipment schedule. Just order as you go.
